Tamara Morgan is a highly experienced Medical Billing/Coding expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. For the past 11 years, she has specialized in Mental Health and held various management positions such as Mental Health Billing Manager and Human Resources Assistant, gaining 7 years of management experience.
 
In 2012, Tamara’s passion for helping others led her to become a licensed Etiquette instructor. She founded the non-profit organization, My Little Sarai, which offers etiquette and self-esteem courses to girls aged 7-18. Tamara’s award-winning program was created from her desire to assist little girls struggling with learning disabilities and low self-esteem. She collaborated with local schools, libraries, churches, and community events to provide her teachings.
 
Tamara’s exceptional leadership skills were recognized in 2013 when she received The Best Leadership Program award from the Josephine Elizabeth Seaton Franklin Foundation through the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Tamara has also provided life skills and job readiness preparation for unemployed, young, and at-risk girls. Her teachings include resume writing, time management, professional orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 
In 2023, Tamara achieved another milestone by creating her first low-content book for Black and Brown girls. The book, titled The Princess Pledge  “Godly Girls,” promotes self-esteem based on the fruits of the Spirit. It contains positive affirmations, messages of love, and inspiration to empower young girls as they grow and develop. Tamara’s dedication to uplifting and empowering the next generation of Black and Brown girls reflects her passion for promoting positive self-image and mental health.
